Six years without watching American Idol, and now Collin Kelly’s recaps sucked me into the void. I will not watch next week. I will not watch next week.

I did not even know there *was* such a thing as the followup show where one person gets booted off. I thought they magically disappeared. Now, I’ve got two shows to avoid.

Have any of you found you are thinking about poetry more often since participating in NaPoWriMo? Maybe that seems an obvious statement. I was surprised to discover just how often I am thinking about the next poem — its structure, tone, subject. Before I go to bed, I think about what I might write for the next day. I am finding it interesting what this process (writing one poem per day process) is doing to my mind. Let me know what the goal of writing a poem a day is doing for you. I’m curious.
