Today, I’m in the mountains outside of San Diego at a remote and small family-run lodge. We have a cabin with a fireplace and kitchen and are happy as clams.

We plan to hike and take in views of the desert (45 minutes away) and the ocean (one hour away).

I figured after days of inhaling that yellow Los Angeles smog, the mountain air should help my lungs recover. =)
